Tréo's Commitment to Community Empowerment

At Tréo, we believe that success isn't just about financial growth — it's also about making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. From our very beginning, we've made a strong commitment to giving back. As such, we are dedicated to supporting initiatives that foster education, empowerment, and positive change in our communities.

Supporting Data Girl Tech's STEM Reach Project

Tréo is honored to be a part of Data Girl Tech's STEM Reach project, by donating laptops to help facilitate outreach and equip local educators. Data Girl Tech is an organization dedicated to providing equitable access to quality STEM education for young women in underserved rural communities in the Southwest region of Cameroon. The STEM Reach project aims to empower 200 young women in four rural communities in the region — Idenau, Dikume Balua, and Malende.

By deploying mobile STEM labs and collaborating with local educators, they offer free training, workshops, and mentorship programs. This initiative helps participants overcome systemic barriers and cultural norms that discourage their participation in STEM fields, fostering local economic empowerment and community development.

Join Us in Making a Difference

Access to quality STEM education is crucial for driving innovation and economic growth. In underserved communities, especially in rural areas, young women often face significant challenges in pursuing education in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We are honored to support Data Girl Tech in their mission. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of young women in Cameroon and beyond.
